Since 2009, we have been operating successfully as a concept store and international online shop, offering over 18,000 items of high-quality functional clothing for motorcyclists and scooter riders. We also stock trendy, niche fashion brands. The close integration between our online shop and our high-street store enables us to serve a wide range of customers in a personalised and innovative way, both in the Hamburg metropolitan area and around the world. 24Helmets.de is an approved training provider for e-commerce business apprentices.
Since autumn 2024, we have been based in an attractive commercial loft space at Offakamp 7, 22529 Hamburg, where we combine the shop floor, warehouse and online fulfilment centre across an area of 700m², ensuring we can always guarantee an optimal level of service and product availability.

Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – Fashion & Motorcycle Lifestyle Retail – Part-time in Hamburg
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Hamburg store with immediate effect.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personalised customer advice on the shop floor Ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience Developing and implementing sales promotion initiatives (e.g. events) Using the till system, stock management system and online shop Helping to organise internal processes (goods receipt, price labelling, stock management, stock-taking, customer service)
What we expect from you:
- Completed vocational training (career changers also welcome)
- Initial work experience in retail A passion for face-to-face communication with customers
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- A willingness to learn, reliability, team spirit and diligence are your hallmarks
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
- An interest in and passion for fashion and retail in general (specialist knowledge of motorcycling clothing is an advantage, but not essential)
We would like to fill this role on a part-time basis initially. Fixed working hours will be agreed upon by mutual arrangement. Overtime will be compensated with time off in lieu. The shop is open from Monday to Saturday. Applicants must, as a general rule, be willing to work on Saturdays.
The place of work is at 24Helmets.de, Offakamp 7, 22529 Hamburg. Working from home is not possible in this role.
