Notice: The DAVIDA "Koura" has a slim entry form and will probably leave the impression to be too small. That's not necessarily the case, because the cheek pads have to loosen a bit before the helmet fits just right. If your cheeks are rather slim then the helmet will probably just fit. In case of the helmet appearing too small on first entry, you can order cheek pads and install them directly (view accessories).

Excellent comfort, visibility, quality and finish......and looks
I ride a classic Moto Guzzi which also gets used for long distance touring. With this in mind I wanted a retro helmet but one which had to perform rather than just posing around town. I initially tried the Bell Bullit and AGV X3000. They were both very uncomfortable and the Bell looked stupid, at least on me. Then I tried the Davida Koura. The first things I noticed was that it felt both very comfortable and secure on my head. I very much like open-face helmets and I found the field of vision on the Koura was the best I had experienced on a full face Helmet The other thing I want to mention is the design and the styling because let’s be honest, this helmet has quite a distinct appearance. The chin piece is very deep but as it is not vertical and angles away from your nose, it does not smother your mouth which I like. This is at the expense of a little bit of wind noise but not too much. This helmet certainly does not get steamed up when going at slow speeds. The leather interior is great quality and after a few rides, it quickly moulds to the shape of your face which makes it very comfortable. I really love the styling. Its different, slightly tougher look and I found it really grew on me, unlike the pretty, eager to please styling on so many retros. One or two complaints. The lip that you use to open the visor is at the side rather than at the front which can be awkward and I find the visor material a little thin. Those items are easy to resolve Davida. The materials and finish on the helmet itself are first class. Measured overall, I think the Davida Koura is really an excellent helmet and certainly worth the money. I love wearing it and I am really glad I bought it.
