The motorcycle helmet brand SHOEI released a new design for the "EX-Zero" model series. The latest decor is now available and stocked at 24Helmets.de. We know this special helmet series of the SHOEI EX-Zero since its launch in 2018 and it has found many excited customers since then. The Japanese manufacturer found the inspiration and the origin for the EX-Zero series in its original helmet "EX-5", that was produced in the 1980s.

New design for the SHOEI "Ex-Zero" in 2020
The "Equation TC-10" is in a manner of speaking the brother of the "Equation TC-2", that is already available since last year. The new decor in the variations black, orange, red and white makes the helmet unique and conspicuous. Moreover, there is a range of another six plain colours available from this helmet series.
The shell of this motorcycle helmet consists of SHOEI's self-developed AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix). That is made from organic fiber and a multi-layer composite. Due to this material, the helmet shell is very much shock absorbing.

The helmet is available in three different helmet shells:
• Shell 1 = XS to M
• Shell 2 = L
• Shell 3 = XL to XXL
Furthermore, there are five EPS inner shell sizes. In this way all different head sizes are covered. The fit mateches the regular sizes of SHOEI helmets.
The lining is made of textile and leather and is fully replaceable.
The visor of the EX-Zero
The highlight of this helmet series is the internal visor "CJ-3". The idea as such is not new, but SHOEI perfected the system und functionality of it. Because this visor can disappear completely in the helmet shell and is then almost invisible. Besides, the visor has a manual level adjustment that you can set as you like. And like no other helmet inner visor it is possible to adjust it very deep so you are very much protected from the wind.
The CJ-3 visor is known already from the SHOEI J.O. open face helmet series. If you don't like the pre-installed factory visor in transparent, there are some tint colours available to replace it in our online shop.
Tip: SHOEI anounced also a photochrome visor to be released in summer 2020.
Additional features of this helmet
Use the buttons of the helmet to add an optional sun peak. SHOEI offers a sun peak in black only. We from 24Helmets also recommend the BILTWELL "Moto Visor", that fits the EX-Zero too. It's available in seven colours.
