The SHOEI Neotec 3 is ECE-R 22.06 certified and, thanks to P/J dual homologation, can also be ridden with the chin flap open at an appropriate speed. A sophisticated ventilation system provides fresh air and cooling. Smooth outer surfaces and transitions keep noise levels low for the rider.
