The ABUS lock-chain combination "GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 + 12KS loop chain" offers an innovative alarm system in addition to the resistant lock technology. Chain, bolt, housing and supporting parts of the locking mechanism are made of specially hardened steel and thus put many hurdles in the way of thieves. The alarm unit has a very widely audible warning signal.

Note: The chain is specially adapted to the Detecto 8077 brake disc lock and cannot be combined with other locks. The lock-chain combination does not necessarily fit the same brake discs as the single lock. To limit the possibility of brutal break-in attempts, it is recommended not to place the chain on or close to the floor.
