Which parcel services do you use?
You may select your preferred parcel service before final confirmation of your order. We ship with DHL or DHL EXPRESS. For some countries, this selection is limited.
Can I redirect my shipping to a different delivery address or parcel shop close by?
Yes, you can enter a different address for delivery in your online order. Once the shipment has left our facility we cannot do further changes of those details.
Can I choose local pick up at your Hamburg store?
Yes, you can select "Click & Collect" for local pick up. We will inform you by email or phone when your order is ready. The address for local pick up is our company address: 24Helmets.de, Offakamp 7, 22529 Hamburg, Germany.
How much are the shipping cost?
We ship with fair delivery charges. It is a fix price per shipment, based on the destination. The charge does not increase even when several items are combined in the same order. All costs associated with shipping such as postage, packaging and handling are included. We ship each order as parcel with a tracking included. The tracking-information will be provided by email during the day.

Is the shipping time reliable?
There is an average shipping time shown for each product. This refers to a shipping time within Germany. For international orders, the shipping time may be extended, also depending on the parcel service that is select in your order.
Are all items listed in your shop available immediately?
Due to our large warehouse, almost all items are available immediately. If the selected product says "ready to ship today", this item is physically storaged in our Hamburg warehouse. These items will be shipped the same day, if your order and payment has been received before 2:30 pm.
Some items are explicitly addressed as "pre order" with an earliest delivery date shown. This selection refers to new products that shall be launched by the given date. Please note that the earliest delivery date is provided by the manufacturer and may probably change.
Return and Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product into a different size or colour for the same price we are happy to exchange. Please write an email beforehand or use the return form that can be found in your customer account. We then reserve the exchange item and will send it to you once the return has arrived. There are no new shipping cost involved for exchange (if your country is within the EU).
If the new item has a different price, please place a new order. Please return the previous order for refund.
If you are unsure about size or colour beforehand we suggest that you order both items in order to compare at home. Please return afterwards the not-fitting item for refund.
Please take care of all items that you have received until your final buying decision. Only new items, with all tags and also with original manufacturer packaging can be used for resale. In general: Try on is fine, test-driving is a problem.
The costs for any return shipping are to be paid by the customer. For most European countries we offer a reasonable priced DHL return label (shop Return Label), that will be sent by E-Mail. Or you may choose any other preferable parcel service for return.
The time period withdrawal of your order in general is 14 days. The right of withdrawal is regulated here.

Prices and VAT
All prices that are shown in our shop include German VAT of 19%. Depending on the buyer’s country, the VAT will change in the ordering process, once the delivery country has been entered:
- Germany: 19% VAT (by default)
- European Union: The local VAT in your country
- Great Britain and Switzerland: 0% (local VAT and duty tariff must be paid at customs)
- All other countries (Non-EU): 0% (local VAT and duty tariff must be paid at customs)
- EU Business Customers: 0% (enter your valid VAT number into the appropriate field)
