DMD Vintage - "Flip-Up Visor" - transparent
Flip-Up visor for open face helmets from DMD Vintage. Transparent shield and with adjustable folding mechanism. The mechanism is fixed with the shield and can not be seperated. Matt paint snaps and black plastic trim.
The snaps of the Flip-Up visor are adjustable, therefore this visor fits also well with other helmet brands.

Insgesamt etwas wackelig und klapperig
Anfangs hat sich das Visier nur sehr schwergängig öffnen und schliessen lassen. Etwas Silikonfett hat geholfen. Schutz vor Insekten und leichtem Regen ist ok. Für mich akzeptabel im Stadtverkehr, ist aber insgesamt etwas wackelig und klapperig.

Absolut Top im Design und Funktion
Das Visier trage ich täglich auf meinem DMD Helm. Es ist das bisher einzige Prudukt, mit dem ich zufrieden bin. Bei geschlossenem Visier dringen keinerlei störende Windgeräusche durch. Verwirbelungen der Luft sind nicht zu spüren. Das Visier lässt sich auch offen sehr gut fahren, ohne Windgeräusche. Seit nunmehr 40 Jahren Helmerfahrung, ist es das erste Produkt was mich wirklich voll überzeugt hat.

Die stabile Halterung lässt sich auch sehr gut auf meinem Bell Custom 500 Helm (Größe M) montieren.
