Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 2023 - ride with our team "24Helmets.de & Friends"
In 2022, motorcyclists gathered in over 800 cities from over 100 countries worldwide for the Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride to raise awareness and funds for men's health in their smartest outfits. It was the most successful DGR to date, raising over $6 million.
In 2012, the first Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride took place, founded by Mark Hawwa in Australia. It was inspired by a photo from the series "Mad Man" showing Don Draper in his finest suit sitting on a classic motorcycle. Fancy suits and bikes: in this way, Mark Hawwa wanted to fight the negative stereotype of men on motorcycles and also unite niche motorcycle groups. This campaign was such a great success that fundraising began in 2013. Since then, the DGR has raised around $37.5 million in donations for prostate cancer research and men's mental health!
On Sunday, 21.05.2023, we will also be riding for the good cause again. So quickly grow a moustache, get your finest suit out of the wardrobe, clean your bike and become part of our team.
